Basic use:
This machine is suitable for labeling dry powder fire extinguisher tanks with a gross weight of 1.5-7.5 kg (NW. 1-5 kg) in the circumferential direction. It use the barometer or handle as an anchor point to label at a designated position; it is equipped with double labels according to labeling requirements. Head or multi-head, realize the function of sticking multiple labels at the same time, replace manual labor, increase production capacity, avoid large-area sticking and wrinkling of manual labeling, and improve product quality. (A custom-made labeling machine for enlarged fire extinguisher tanks is acceptable).
Working process:
＊Core working principle: Put the product on the conveyor belt and enter the bottle separating mechanism. After the bottle separating mechanism separates the product, the sensor detects the passing of the product and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. The control system controls the positioning cylinder to push out at the appropriate position. The fire extinguisher tank is positioned and rotated. The positioning electric eye detects the fire extinguisher handle or the barometer, and provides a labeling signal to the control system. The control system then controls the rotation of the label feeding motor, sends out the label and attaches it to the position where the product is to be labeled. At the same time,the label is covered, and the sticking action of a label is completed.
＊Operation process: put the product on the conveyor belt (can be connected to the assembly line)—>product conveying—>product separation—>product inspection—>product positioning—>labeling and relabeling—>collect the labeled products
